Our overall capability offering has led to Practical Engineering’s recent referral and appointment as a member of the Crane Industry Council of Australia (CICA).

CICA is the peak industry body within Australia, recognised by government, regulatory authorities and the community as the official industry voice on all national matters affecting the Australian Crane Industry. Having accumulated a vast amount of experience working on cranes such as port container cranes, bulk water utility cranes, mobile and workshop cranes, our engineers are crane experts.

Practical Engineering’s crane service offerings include 10 and 25 year inspections, design verification and design engineering as well as certification for all lifting gear including slings, chains and spreader beams. In-house manufacturing capabilities include repair, modification and refurbishment of components.
